SPEMall.Com Issues, not shipping products ordered.

If you've had issues with resellers online and have filed disputes with your payment processors only to find they are giving you the run around I would like to know about it. 

I had ordered many items online from SPEMall.com and recommended them to others. 

Now I am not recommending them at all and I am looking to publish the issues others have had in this form so we can put an end to this bad online retailer that disputes a $65.00 claim on a $600.00 order of accessories not recieved. 

To make sure everyone is in tune you have to know the full story and to allow this merchant time to respond to my post I'll make sure it's in my Twitter Account by morning. They are followers on my account so it's not going to be hard to miss. 

I need to find the updated version of this transfer process.
I would suggest instead of offering the system with working hard drives we process them without hard drives.
The formatting of a hard drive has been replaced with the destruction of the platters as the only true safe process.

I am looking to rid our site of all older computers so they stop coming back into service when others fail.
Any updated document would help in the cause.


I will try again to explain what happened so PayPal can close this dispute as being corrected to the mutual benifit of all.

I have every email and communications that is available to you but can not fit in the limited space provided here.

The missing accessories was due to SPEMall.com not shipping them with the orginial order.

That was the last and final communications about the missing items.
I had to file the dispute due to the amount of time passing.
The merchant knows what was sent but seems to refuse to investigate.

At this point I am willing to cut my losses and ask PayPal to return the total amount of this claim even though it is less than what I actually paid.

I have all the documents, dates, times and I am willing to publish them to make clear what this merchant has done.
I understand it might be a simple communications issue but from what I have read I feel this is not just one case of non shipment of items purchased.

I ordered a phone with accessories that cost a total of $583.27 and paid with my PayPal account.
It was for a phone that was not going to be manufactured for many months if at all so I changed the order.

Total parts $134.39 + Shipping increase that I listed in my other claim.
This is what SPEMall Daly wrote to me and told me to pay more which is this claims amount.

The value of goods: US$ 500.97+ US$ 26.70+ US$ 29.7+ US$ 36.00 +US$ 11.7+US$ 6.99= US$612.06
besides the shipping cost, you have paid $555.67 for the value of good.
so there is the price difference US$612.06-$555.67=$56.39
And The price difference of the shipping cost between one xiaomi 3 and three K-touch V8 Smartphones will be $6.13
So the price difference of whole value is $56.39+ $6.13=$62.52
Is it right?

SPEMall has been making time delaying excuses since December and I have all the communications saved.
I can not fit all the emails and messages into this box.

To make this clear, I ordered a phone in November using PayPal.
It was the other claim which was closed due to the time that expired.
I can only claim a refund of this payment which does not cover the total costs of products SPEMall did not ship.

I will continue with this dispute until it is very clear that this merchant did not send the complete order.
They only shipped 3 phones and did not ship the accessories that total $134.39 + the difference in shipping listed above.
$134.39 + $6.13 = $140.52 I listed in my other notes the actual figure it's within $2.00.

Again, if PayPal needs more documents I will send them.
If SPEMall continues to claim they shipped all the items I will continue with this dispute
until they are held resposible for not being honest and for taking money for products not shipped.
I know the rules about shipping products and PayPal's promise to make merchants stay honest.
Please do your part and make this merchant show you the total shipping weight and price and that should show you it was for only 3 phones and not accessories.
